The Company

Mercedes-Benz.io is a company from the Daimler AG group, it was founded in 2017 with the mission to accelerate Mercedes-Benz digital transformation. Today, we are around 400 people divided in our three locations: Lisbon, Berlin, and Stuttgart.

The company organizes itself in a Holocracy framework, where each individual is responsible for its deliveries and much more. I strongly advise you to check it out! And we usually have some vacancies open. 😉

The Area

We call ourselves the “Data Insights Circle”, and we have people from all areas of data expertise, engineers, analysts, scientists, etc. Myself, I work as an Experimentation Analyst with one more colleague.

With the support of all our data expert colleagues, we push for Data Experimentation topics (AB Test and Personalisation) inside Mercedes-Benz digital channels.

The Experience

I joined Mercedes-Benz.io in September of 2019 with a huge expectation about the work. How would this “internal company” would influence one of the biggest auto brands in the world.

Fast-forward to today, I’ve in contact and working with many Mercedes-Benz markets around the world and pushing experimentation into their day-to-day digital activities. Also, on the product side, we work closely with product teams, to test and evaluate new releases and improvements.

The automotive market is passing through big changes, and I’m happy to be part of it in one of its grattest brands.
